I installed ElvUI and I've used nothing else since then. As you said, having both HealBot and additional raid frames is both a waste of space and resources. HealBot, I've always found to be just terrible and a giant drag on my computer. I tried Shadow Unit Frames, which were good, but not customizable as needed for healing. default frames are terribly inefficient for raid healing. I wanted to do the same thing about a year ago.
